Our guarantee with you


Our satisfaction guarantee is unconditional. If you think the productsadidaspurchased on our website do not meet your needs, return your order within a maximum period of 15 days and we will refund it.

The conditions to accept said returns are the following:

- that the product keeps its original packaging and has not been unsealed or used.

- the original labels have not been removed.

Also, in the case of blades:

- the sealed cuff has not been removed.

- that it has not been used (a rally leaves signs and marks that make its subsequent sale impossible).

- that it has been manipulated by incorporating accessories such as overgrips or protectors.



If you need to make a product change, you have 15 days to do it.

After that period, these changes will not be addressed. You must process a return of the product you do not want, indicating the cause, and re-create an order on the web, requesting the product you need.

To accept the change, the product must be in perfect condition for later sale (unused and with original packaging as detailed above).

In the event that we cannot serve you the new product ordered within a maximum period of 30 days, you will have the possibility of requesting a refund.

In both cases (returns and refunds), the customer will assume the management and transport costs to which the cost of transporting the original shipment will be added if it was not invoiced at the time.

The refund or exchange will be made in both cases when, when the product arrives at our facilities, it is verified that it meets the aforementioned requirements.


Damaged or defective products.

Foradidas, quality is essential. Before launching a product on the market, our quality department subjects it to strict resistance and quality tests under real conditions that assures us that it is suitable to withstand the uses for which it has been designed.

Our quality laboratory will inspect the returned products and if the damage is the result of a manufacturing defect or if the product does not meet factory specifications, the product will be replaced by a new unit or, if that product is already discontinued, by a substitute product that is at the same price point as the original product, at no cost to the customer.

If the problem is due to reasons other than the quality of the material, in which we include these cases:

- If they have been damaged by misuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame source, high heat, sharp objects, etc.)

- If they have been damaged by improper use or by activities other than the intended purpose

- If they have not been purchased at

We will notify you by e-mail of the rejection with its corresponding explanation and we will return your product in case you have sent it to us.

The shelf life of any productadidasIt depends on the particular use made of it, the conditions of use and the wear patterns characteristic of the user. Products damaged by normal wear and tear or that have exceeded the useful life of the product will not be replaced.

The guarantee will not cover those products that show any sign of modification with respect to their original shape, colors or composition.

Refunds or product exchanges

We are committed to verifying the status of the product within a maximum period of 7 days from its receipt in our warehouse. After this period, we will send you the replacement product or the money refunded within a maximum period of 3 days.

Your bank or your credit card issuer may need more time to process the refund.

You will receive a notification by e-mail that will inform you of the completion of said shipment or refund. The refund will be made using the same form of payment as the original purchase.

How to make a return:

If you are a registered customer, you can easily make the return from your account, selecting the order concerned and creating a return. We will ask you to indicate the reason for the return, your comments and a photo of the product in case you consider it to be defective. If you are not registered, you can make the return through the returns form.

Once the return has been accepted, you will receive by e-mail the instructions to carry it out, as well as the delivery note that you must complete and attach to the package for its correct identification by our warehouse staff.
