From Dubai to Espoo: Pol Hernández seals a historic FIP double

At adidas Padel, we are celebrating a spectacular start to the season from our player Pol Hernández, who together with Guillermo Collado has claimed two consecutive FIP titles in just seven days. A display of talent, consistency and ambition that confirms them as one of the most in-form pairs on the circuit.

First blow: FIP Silver Dubai champions

The streak began in Dubai, where Pol and Guille delivered an outstanding performance to lift the FIP Silver Dubai title. In the final, they secured a commanding 6-1, 6-3 victory over top seeds Javi Garrido and Lucas Bergamini.

It was a flawless week: they dropped only one set in the quarterfinals and dominated every stage with authority, showing a competitive maturity that caught the attention of the entire circuit. With this victory, they added 80 FIP points, placing Pol at world No. 38 and Guille at No. 39, edging closer to their major goal: breaking into the Top 16.

Confirmation in Finland: FIP Silver Espoo champions

One week later, they landed in Espoo (Finland) to confirm their form — and they did. They were crowned champions of the FIP Silver Espoo, earning their second consecutive title and solidifying themselves as the circuit’s breakout pair.

In the final, they defeated another top duo, Arroyo/Aguirre, in a tighter match that they resolved with composure: 6/3, 6/7, 6/4. Their run in Finland was equally solid, overcoming strong pairs such as Jiménez/Sánchez Blasco in the quarters and Ronco/Lacamoire in the semifinals.

This second title in just two weeks certifies their growth and positions them as one of the most dangerous and consistent duos in the CUPRA FIP Tour.
