If you feel that the adidas products purchased on our website do not meet your needs, you may request a return of your order.
You have 15 calendar days to do so; after this period, no returns will be accepted.
You must process the return of the unwanted product, stating the reason, and we will refund the order amount (minus handling and delivery charges).
The cost of the return will be borne by the customer, as set out in the LGCU. The customer shall bear the handling and delivery charges, to which the cost of the original delivery will be added if this was not invoiced at the time. Depending on the geographical area, the costs and conditions of the return may vary, but these shall always be borne by the customer. The return of a purchase to which a promotional voucher has been applied will be subject to the specific conditions in each case.
Once the goods have been received at our warehouses and the condition of the product has been verified, we will proceed to refund the amount, in accordance with the payment method used by the customer, within a period not exceeding 15 working days from receipt of the returned goods.
Your bank or credit card issuer may require additional time to process the refund.
You will receive an email notification informing you that the refund has been processed.
