RETURNS

Our satisfaction guarantee is unconditional. 


If you feel that the adidas products purchased on our website do not meet your needs, you may request a return of your order.

You have 15 calendar days to do so; after this period, no returns will be accepted. 

You must process the return of the unwanted product, stating the reason, and we will refund the order amount (minus handling and delivery charges). 

The cost of the return will be borne by the customer, as set out in the LGCU. The customer shall bear the handling and delivery charges, to which the cost of the original delivery will be added if this was not invoiced at the time. Depending on the geographical area, the costs and conditions of the return may vary, but these shall always be borne by the customer. The return of a purchase to which a promotional voucher has been applied will be subject to the specific conditions in each case.

Once the goods have been received at our warehouses and the condition of the product has been verified, we will proceed to refund the amount, in accordance with the payment method used by the customer, within a period not exceeding 15 working days from receipt of the returned goods. 

Your bank or credit card issuer may require additional time to process the refund.

You will receive an email notification informing you that the refund has been processed.

The conditions for accepting such returns are as follows: 

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in perfect condition for resale.

  • The product must be in its original packaging and must not have been unsealed or used.
  • The original labels must not have been removed.

Furthermore, in the case of rackets:

  •  The sealed grip must not have been removed.
  •  It must not have been used (even a single rally leaves marks and scuffs that make it impossible to resell).
  •  It must not have been modified by adding accessories such as overgrips or protectors 

How to make a return:

  •   If you are a registered customer, you can easily return an item via your account by selecting the relevant order and creating a return request.

This process does not complete the return; rather, it initiates the return request procedure. Once the return has been approved, you will receive an email containing instructions on how to proceed, as well as the delivery note that you must complete and attach to the parcel so that our warehouse staff can identify it correctly.

WARRANTY

For Adidas, quality is paramount. 


Before launching a product onto the market, our quality control department subjects it to rigorous durability and quality tests under real-world conditions, ensuring that it is fit for the purposes for which it was designed.

It is extremely rare for our products to have any manufacturing defects.

Our quality control laboratory will inspect returned products and, if the damage is due to a manufacturing defect or if the product does not meet factory specifications, it will be replaced with a new item or, if the product is no longer available, a refund will be issued.

Our warranty team will assess the product and notify you of the decision by email; this decision may be accepted or rejected.

If it is not possible to carry out the assessment remotely and the product needs to be assessed on-site, it will be collected and a response will be provided to the customer within a maximum of 15 working days. If the warranty claim is rejected, a letter of rejection will be issued stating the reason for rejection and, if the product has been collected for assessment, it will be returned to the original address.

Accepted warranty claims:

If the warranty claim has been accepted by our quality control department following an initial assessment via photo or video, the damaged product will be collected. Once the courier has collected it, a brand-new replacement will be sent. If the item is out of stock, a refund will be issued.

Possible causes:

  • Manufacturing defect
  • Failure to meet technical specifications

Warranty claims not accepted: 

If your warranty claim has been rejected, we will notify you of the rejection by email, along with an explanation, and we will return the product to you if you have sent it to us.

Possible causes:

  • If they have been damaged due to misuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flames, excessive heat, sharp objects, etc.)
  • If they have been damaged due to improper use or activities other than their intended purpose.
  • If they were not purchased from our web.
  • Products that have been modified in terms of their original shape, colours or composition.

In any case, All For Padel reserves the right to reject a warranty claim for any other reason not specified above.

The lifespan of any Adidas product depends on its specific use, the conditions of use and the wear and tear typical of the user. Products damaged through normal use or which have exceeded their lifespan will not be replaced.

The warranty will not cover products that show any signs of alteration with respect to their original shape, colours or composition.
